About IASA
Eastern Michigan University's Information Assurance Student Association (IASA) guides and aids students interested in or pursuing a career in the Cyber Security field. All majors are welcome! This Fall 2025 semester, come hang out at the IASA meetings Mondays at 7:00 p.m. in Sill 116 or online! (Unless informed otherwise via Discord or Instagram.)
Our objective is to aid students in the pursuit of a career in Cyber Security or Information Assurance. We also further awareness about Eastern Michigan University's Cyber Security program, and help guide students interested in pursuing said major. We provide information and opportunities for students to develop and further their skills. Meetings will consist of student-led and professional presentations, hands on practice, and student interactions.
